Polish SME plans to increase a production by adding innovating technology line for production of light fixtures type LED . Due to this fact the firm seeks equipment to prototyping 3D print, useful for prototyping LED type light fixtures. Advanced technology of 3D printing should guarantee to obtain ultra thin layer and should established new standard in 3D printing.

The process of prototype building should end with creation of completely hardened model, which might be used immediately after taken from a printer. The process of physical creation of prototypes using 3D printers consists of several parts:

Obtain model  3D light fixture prototype should have carefully copied details, possibility of wide material range usage, should be made of the highly durable materials, with wide range of colors. 3D tool should limit necessity of final treatment, should take into consideration smaller bulk of the machine with unchanged dimensions of its working chambers, should be operator friendly, with special emphasis on simplicity of exploitation. The company seeks partner to sign licence agreement, and also would help to adapt their technology to company's specific needs. Technology looked for should have the following characteristics:

-Saving of obtain file

-Sending file with a picture to machine software, at this instance it is a 3D printer.

-At this stage of printer software digitally cuts (so called slice cutting), from which the product in a printing process will be build. The parameters of the process are also chosen at this stage, such as: layer thickness, the speed of its distribution and so on.

-Products building, which consists of spreading the particles layer on the machines platform and glue together the particles with proper binding material in a place responding in terms of shape to given cross section. The thickness of bind layers should be between 0, 01  0, 2 mm.

-Final treatment of physical prototype consists of polishing, hardening and even varnishing its surfaces if there is a need for it.
